This community will provide a different experience than an apartment or mass-produced duplex neighborhood as it only houses six duplexes. All the units feature central heating and air, all electric appliances, a stackable washer and dryer, and most have a dishwasher. The flooring is either hardwood or a unique tile throughout the unit. Designed in the 1940’s, each bedroom has a mini-walk-in closet, and many bedrooms have a transom above the door to provide some ventilation while retaining the privacy of a closed bedroom door. Private parking is located behind the building. We provide weekly trash and monthly pest control services. While some properties are certainly apartment living, you will experience more of a house-like feel at The Columns.
