The Columns have a unique place in our line-up. The location of The Columns is definitely close enough to walk to campus or the Downtown Auburn shops and restaurants. They are actually located right next to our Park Hill Apartments.

We have updated the kitchen cabinets and added a dishwasher and garbage disposal in 2 of the 4 units. There is a very large walk-in pantry for kitchen storage. A full-size stack washer and dryer was added to each kitchen for convenience. Designed in the 1940’s, each bedroom has a mini-walk-in closet, and many bedrooms have an operable transom above the door to provide some ventilation while retaining the privacy of a closed bedroom door. The bathrooms have the classic look of black and white tile on the walls and floors. Two of the units have carpet in the living room and the bedrooms, but the other four units have ceramic tile flooring throughout.

The Columns is one our larger “pet friendly” place, and our pet deposits are some of the lowest in town. We don’t often have more than one or two come open in any given year, and as with our other properties, tenants usually stay until they leave Auburn.
